We respect Your Time
We realize that nobody likes to wait, and nobody likes to waste time. We will make sure to set up an appointment schedule that we can keep in a timely manner. We also make sure that we work efficiently during your appointment, so that you’re not left sitting by yourself while we’re treating other patients. However emergencies can happen and we are all only human. If for any reason your treatment is delayed we will inform you and explain it promptly.
We respect Your Budget
We understand that financial arrangements are an important step in the treatment plan. We structure our fees to reflect our actual treatment time, materials and laboratory work required. We will always provide you with a complete estimate before we begin. In addition, we’re skilled in working with insurance companies and are happy to help you work with yours to ensure that you receive the maximum possible coverage for your particular treatments.
We respect Your Teeth
We believe that people should keep their own healthy teeth for their entire lifetime. And we’re convinced that disease prevention is far more enjoyable, less costly, and more comfortable than disease treatment, for all concerned. That’s why we encourage our patients to commit to a program of preventive dental care, with the goal of helping you obtain and maintain a healthy mouth as quickly as possible.

We understand some people tend to be anxious about dental treatment. By using our multimedia educational systems we eliminate the unexpected and reduce your anxiety level. We will make sure you fully understand the procedures to be performed before we get started and we will answer any questions you might have. We understand how important it is for you to be comfortable each time you visit our office, whether you’re here for a quick check-up or a more lengthy procedure. We offer a variety of ways to relax, providing T.V. screens, relaxing music and internet access in our treatment rooms.
We respect Your Safety
We want you to know that we have established, for your safety, a state-of-the-art sterilization program to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. Please ask us to see how we can prepare and sterilize our instruments for each patient. We use heat and steam sterilization in dental drills between patients and we broadly use disposable products and cross-contamination barriers. So don’t hesitate to ask—we’ll be glad to explain our detailed safety procedures prior to your visit so that you’ll be entirely at ease with how we handle ourselves.
We respect Dental Emergencies
We’re all aware dental pain is not our friend in our office. That’s why we respect dental emergencies that may require immediate treatment and attention. We promise to do our best to handle your dental emergencies promptly—on the same day that you call the office, or as soon as possible.
